Country Gardens Magazine was launched in 1992 as a special-interest spinoff of Country Home Magazine, one of the most popular titles from the publishers of Better Homes & Gardens. Its focus was a relaxed, naturalistic style of gardening, and its scope covered garden plants, design, gear, decor, books, food, and travel, with informative text illuminated by inspiring color photos and illustrations.
The Summer 1994 issue features articles on a secluded garden in the Willamette Valley, an herb garden on Virginia's Eastern Shore, a rich garden of fruits and fragrances in Southern California, a community garden in Vancouver, a garden shared by two sisters in Missouri, railroad gardening, tiling a terrace, bee skeps, decorative pots and planters, entertaining in the garden, and the gardens at Mohonk Mountain House in New York.
Very good condition overall. Light shelf wear, spine and edge wrinkles, light spine toning, inside excellent.
